Business Analyst (Middle/Senior) – Travel Management System (B2B)

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst (Middle/Senior) to join our team and help develop an innovative travel management system for business clients and travel agencies.

📍 Contract Type: B2B

📍 Work Mode: Remote or On-site (Warsaw)

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements

• Creating functional and non-functional specifications

• Defining epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Verifying delivered functionalities against business requirements

• Collaborating with Development, QA, and external providers

• Planning development team activities (acting as Proxy Product Owner)

🔹 Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in IT business analysis
• Familiarity with UML and BPMN
• Practical knowledge of requirements engineering
• Experience in UI design (using wireframing tools)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate requirements clearly and effectively
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• JIRA, Confluence, Balsamiq

🔹 Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge of REST, SOAP, SQL, and databases
• Experience with API integrations
• Experience with Airticket, hotels booking process
