Senior React Native Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced React Native Developer to lead our expansion into mobile development. You will take ownership for a greenfield native project, guiding it from prototype through to production deployment, while helping establish mobile development best practices across our organization.

Responsibilities

• Build from the ground up: Establish CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying React Native applications

• Own the deployment process: Set up and manage publishing workflows using Expo

• Bridge native and JavaScript: Develop custom Turbo Modules to extend React Native's capabilities

• Mentor and collaborate: Share your mobile expertise with our web development team, helping them transition to native development

• Craft exceptional user experiences: Design and implement polished mobile UI/UX that feels native to each platform

• Contribute to the full stack: Write backend code in TypeScript to support mobile features

Required Experience

• Proven track record building and shipping React Native applications to production

• Exceptional TypeScript knowledge with deep understanding of advanced types, generics, and type-safe patterns

• Deep expertise in setting up DevOps pipelines for React Native projects (CI/CD, testing automation)

• Experience with Expo and its publishing/deployment workflows

• Hands-on experience writing Turbo Modules or native modules

• Strong mobile UI/UX implementation skills with attention to platform-specific design patterns

• Ability to mentor developers and share knowledge effectively

• Full-stack development experience (REST APIs, relational databases, message queues, React)

• .NET background

• RxJS experience
