We are looking for a vigorous, positive-thinking team player, zealous to work on physical and digital projects from around the earth as a Lead Full Stack Developer. This position offers an instigating opportunity to craft the next innovation at the intersection of the Physical and Digital worlds. We believe that by equipping people with the best tools to meet their needs, we can tackle the whole world's problems better, together.
At intent you:
- Will lead a small development team, and have space and time for implementing your ideas.
- Will be overseeing and motivating your team of Fullstack developers.
- Will be working with clients on estimating work and doing everything that results in amazing products that realize both business goals and real user needs.
- Can take part in knowledge sharing with other tech freaks.
- Will experience a transparent and systematic salary raise system
- Can visit our office and play with our dogs/cats all day – or at least for as long as they’re not bored :)

- Salary: 20 - 24k on B2B contract, depending on your experience.

What we expect:
- Expert knowledge of the JavaScript language.
- A proven track record of Node.js and React.js development.
- Hands-on experience with Node.js frameworks (Express.js/Hapi.js/Nest.js).
- Experience working with databases (Postgres, Mongo).
- Experience with test frameworks (Jasmine, Mocha, Chai, Sinon, Tape, Tap).
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs with a good understanding of HTTP and JSON.
- Experience with CI/CD (GitHub actions, Circle).
- Keeping track of the industry developments and taking the initiative to incorporate these into the company technologies.
- Out-of-the-box thinking, the courage to turn your ideas into reality.
- An ability to think about the big picture and innovations, but also focus on detail-oriented work.
- Ability to clearly communicate your work and decisions.
- Flawless English skills, both written and spoken (min. C1).
What would make you the perfect candidate:
- Previous team leading experience.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
- Experience with AWS/GCP and serverless functions development e.g. AWS Lambda.
- Scrum (or other Agile) development method experience.
