Job description

We're looking for a regular-level person who's still growing in this role — these are not our upper salary limits for regulars.

At InsysVT, we develop our own production-ready platform, already in use by clients across the globe. Our product is stable, thoughtfully architected, and designed to scale — which means you’ll be working in an environment where testing is focused on quality and innovation. It's a space where your input truly matters, and your work drives real impact.

As an Automation Tester with JavaScript, you will become part of a cross-functional team responsible for delivering scalable web applications. You’ll take part in product discussions and contribute to designing efficient test strategies and frameworks that ensure high-quality releases. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and maintaining automated test suites, identifying bugs early in the development process, and working closely with developers, product managers, and UX designers.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about automation, has an eye for detail, and brings a proactive attitude to improving testing practices. You’ll be empowered to take ownership of the testing process, propose improvements, and help elevate the overall quality of our product.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  1. Maintaining and developing automated WEB and API tests,
  2. Creating and maintaining test documentation,
  3. Collaborating with the Project Manager on creating new test scenarios, plans, and strategies for the testing process
  4. Analyzing and reporting test results,
  5. Conducting acceptance testing on WEB,
  6. Logging identified defects.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in test automation in a regular-level role,
  2. Proficiency in JavaScript,
  3. Knowledge of best practices in writing clean, maintainable code,
  4. Familiarity with software testing standards,
  5. Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence,
  6. Strong communication skills and self-organization,
  7. Ability to work in a team and think analytically.

Nice to Have

  1. Experience with tools such as TestCafe, Mocha, ChaiJS, QASE,
  2. Knowledge of AWS services,
  3. Familiarity with OTT (over-the-top) / streaming solutions.

What you’ll get in return:

  1. fully remote work with flexible working hours,
  2. one full day per month for learning and development,
  3. MyBenefit platform funds (that you can use to buy a MultiSport card or other cool services),
  4. a choice to join our group health insurance,
  5. access the wellbeing platform Mindgram that helps you stay in a good mental shape,
  6. access to the language learning platform Tutlo,
  7. company-wide quarterly meetings (which are special, because you don’t have to work on that day),
  8. optional (bun fun!) team activities, like joint mountain trekking trips, St. Nicolas Day event for kids, board game nights, and more,
  9. a welcoming office in the very heart of Poznań, if you prefer to work on-site.

Recruitment Process:

  1. Interview with People Operations Specialist just to get to know you better, check your English skills, and clarify the most important details.
  2. Interview with People Operations Specialist and Automation Tester – a 60-minute online meeting to get to know each other better and assess your technical skills.
  3. Interview with department leader, to discuss the role and mutual expectations in more detail – this will take around 30 minutes.

You can expect feedback from us after each stage to ensure the process is as transparent and valuable as possible.
