At InsysVT, we work on our own production-ready platform, already used by clients around the world. The product is stable and well-designed, which allows our developers to focus on building new, high-impact features rather than dealing with legacy code or unstable architecture. It’s a rewarding environment where your work directly contributes to real outcomes and you have room to explore and improve existing solutions.
As a Backend .NET Developer, you will join a cross-functional team working on scalable web applications and backend services. You’ll participate in both technical and product-related discussions, design robust solutions, and support the team during client sessions, technical workshops, and implementation phases. We value ownership, transparency, and collaboration — and we give you the tools and space to do your best work.
Our tech stack:
- C# with the .NET 6 framework
- SQL databases: Postgresql
- NoSQL databases: MongoDB, Elasticsearch
- ORM: entity framework
- continuous integration – Jenkins
- continuous delivery – Octopus Deploy
- Docker
- AWS.
What we expect:
- At least 3+ years of experience in developing web applications (as a backend developer).
- Analytical thinking skills and being able to translate organizational/business requirements into service functionalities
- commitment to your project, including collaborating with the project team and the clients, conducting workshops and technical sessions, etc.
- understanding of how high-performance web applications work
- being able to solve problems and make decisions independently
- very good knowledge of C# and .NET 6
- communicative English
- good teamwork and learning skills.
Even better if you also have:
- knowledge of the AWS cloud
- familiarity with video processing and distribution.
What you’ll get in return:
- fully remote work with flexible working hours
- one full day per month for learning and development
- MyBenefit platform funds (that you can use to buy a MultiSport card or other cool services)
- a choice to join our group health insurance
- access the wellbeing platform Mindgram that helps you stay in a good mental shape
- access to the language learning platform Tutlo
- company-wide quarterly meetings (which are special, because you don’t have to work on that day)
- optional (bun fun!) team activities, like joint mountain trekking trips, St. Nicolas Day event for kids, board game nights, and more.
- a welcoming office in the very heart of Poznań, if you prefer to work on-site.
If you’d like to join our team, leave your CV below. We’d be happy to get in touch with you!
