Senior QA Engineer

Inspiren is growing and we are searching for a new team member. Inspiren’s technology is poised to revolutionize how care is delivered in hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities through innovative technology. We're now seeking a Senior QA Engineer with experience in test automation to be part of our ambitious mission.

As a Senior QA Engineer at Inspiren, you'll be at the heart of our multidisciplinary teams, working closely with hardware developers, software developers, project managers, and stakeholders at all levels in our hands-on, heads-up working model. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring we provide great quality products. 

Key Responsibilities:

Manual Testing:

• Conduct comprehensive manual testing of our web and mobile applications to identify bugs, defects, and user experience issues.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and execute test scenarios to ensure product functionality and reliability.

Automated Testing:

• Utilize your expertise in automated testing to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for end-to-end (e2e) testing.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated tests into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

Quality Assurance:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and provide feedback on improving product quality and user experience.
• Full responsibility over QA methodologies, processes, and best practices.

Issue Tracking and Reporting:

• Document and track identified issues using issue tracking systems.
• Prepare clear and concise reports detailing test results, defects, and recommendations for improvements.

Mentorship to other QA Engineers

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• Strong understanding of testing techniques, QA processes, and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Strong experience with automated testing tools/frameworks.
• Javascript / TypeScript
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in healthcare is NOT required but is a bonus
