You will be doing frontend part of Symfony applications. That includes complex admin panels as SPA websites (full headless / API based / modified Vuetify) , regular frontend based on twig templates mixed with standalone Vue components and widgets embedded on third party websites. Part of your responsibility is also maintaining the Angular SPA admin panel.

Inscript GmbH is also an owner of two products: Jobportal (https://www.tirolerjobs.at/, www.suedtirolerjobs.it and few more like that) and Injobs (https://www.injobs.io/). Jobportal is a solution for regional job portals. Injobs is an application for managing recruitment processes in companies. Your work as frontend developer will be mainly connected to these two. Both are freshly done with technologies like Symfony 4, API Platform, Encore, SASS, Vue, Vuetifyjs, ElasticSearch, Docker, Cypress, deployment with Gitlab/Deployer, local development with support of ddev.

The team consists of 40 people in four locations: Austria, Switzerland, Poland and the Czech Republic. 

The team in Poland is responsible for development of Symfony applications like Jobportal and Injobs (but also implement solutions with Magento, TYPO3 or WP). Probably a good info for you, as developer, is the fact that you will have no direct contact with customers and even better that you will be not responsible for adding content. As part of integration and knowledge gaining we go to trainings and conferences. We also organize regular meetings, where we discuss the latest technologies and decide together which of them should be thoroughly tested before we can recommend them to our clients. Once a year we arrange a bigger meeting, most often combined with an IT conference, where we get to know and integrate in reality. We also organize smaller meetings in real life in cities where there are more Inscript developers.

Developers working in the Poland office (in Bydgoszcz) are provided with two monitors, height-adjustable desks, Ergohuman v2 seats, coffee, fruits, air purifiers, air conditioning and super fast internet access.

The Application Process

The next few days after receiving your application, we'll read it and check your CV or/and Linkedin profile. If we don't get excited about your application we will send you an email so you know your CV was rejected by us. If we think you could be a good match, we'll send you an email with a few questions and ask you to schedule the phone call with us. On the phone call we will test your knowledge with some basic questions (about 30min). If the "phone test" will be ok we will invite you to "Live Coding" on Google Meet where you will share your screen and we will watch on live how do you do a simple task (it should not take you more than 1h-1,5h)

After the "Live Coding" part we'll give you an answer at once or we will wait until the end of recrutation so we are able to compare you with other applicants. When we will end recrutation we will inform you if you were selected or not.
