As a CRM System Architect, you serve as a strategic tech advisor, collaborating with business and engineering teams to support the company’s objectives and strategies. You play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM systems across Inpost Group, with 1000+ active users daily, in multi-country configuration. You align CRM solutions with the organizational goals of the Group. The architect oversees the technical design, including data models, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems like ERP and billing systems. You ensure the CRM system meets data governance, security, and compliance standards. By collaborating with development teams, you guide the configuration and customization of CRM functionalities. You maintain system documentation, including architectural diagrams, integration frameworks, and operational workflows. You also lead efforts to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and resolve system-related issues. You support the implementation of analytics and reporting capabilities, enabling actionable insights and data-driven decisions.
The architect stays updated on CRM trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, ensuring the system evolves to meet changing business needs. This role conducts training sessions to empower end-users and drive system adoption. It also involves managing vendor relationships and overseeing the deployment of updates and patches.
This position requires strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions. The CRM System Architect must balance technical expertise with a business-focused mindset, ensuring the system delivers tangible value.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing CRM technical expertise of Dynamics 365 across business and other technical teams in areas of Sales, Customer Service, Contact Centre, Field Service, Marketing, as well as Project Operations and Copilot.
- Design and implement solutions that align with the organization's IT strategy and the broader objectives of the InPost Group (7 countries in multi ORG setup, 1000+ active users), ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Design solutions Power Platform based, including Power Apps (Model Driven and Canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Oversee and coordinate internal and external teams responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of specific features or solutions within the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 stack
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to user access, workflows, and custom plugins
- Manage system updates, ensuring compatibility of solutions, and minimizing downtime during deployments across sandbox and production environments
- Lead or support delivery engagements including planning and/or leading workshops.
- Lead or participate in large-scale migrations, including data cleansing, mapping, and importing to Dynamics 365 environments.
- When necessary prepare training and training materials.
- Provide expert guidance on both the functional and technical capabilities of D365.
- Develop and maintain a variety of models and architectural artifacts to reflect business processes, data structures, technical infrastructure utilization, and operational readiness.
- Prepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for CRM related area.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent in information technology (IT/ICT).
- 6+ years experience as Software Engineer and/or technical consultant and/or architect.
- 8+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 implementations in areas of Sales in the role of solution architect or at least a technical consultant with development skills.
- Proven ability to manage Dynamics 365 across multiple tenants, ensuring seamless coordination and maintenance of environments.
- Experience with using M365 Groups and Teams for collaboration, supporting multi-ownership of records in Dynamics 365.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex security roles, field-level security, and hierarchy settings in Dynamics 365.
- Experience with data import/export, deduplication, and using tools like SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or custom APIs for data integration.
- Expertise in monitoring system health, optimizing performance, and resolving bottlenecks in large Dynamics 365 environments.
- Skilled in configuring integrations via REST APIs, OData feeds, or Azure Logic Apps to connect Dynamics 365 with third-party systems.
- Experience connecting Power BI to Dynamics 365 environments via Dataverse, OData feeds, or direct queries with strong DAX knowledge.
- Experience configuring audit settings in Dynamics 365 to track system changes, user activities, and field-level modifications.
- Expertise in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex workflows and automation, integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems to streamline business processes. Knowledge of Azure AI or Power Platform AI is an advantage.
- Experience with Power Platform add-ons like DocumentsCorePack, Encodian Flowr, or similar tools is a strong advantage.
- MS Dynamics certification would be an asset.
- Experience in project planning, working (agile & waterfall), and budgeting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with negotiation and influencing.
- English for fluent verbal and written communication is a must.
- Notable relationship-building skills.
- Problem-solving and sound judgment skills.
- UML, BPMN, Archimate knowledge, and usage of Enterprise Architect would be a significant additional value (you might create and/or read architectural diagrams and processes).
