About you

You're a Platform Engineer/DevOps professional who loves building infrastructure that enables teams to ship faster. You have strong opinions about automation, developer experience, and reliability. You're comfortable working independently in a high-trust environment and enjoy solving complex distributed systems challenges.

You understand that great infrastructure is invisible - it just works. You're passionate about cost optimisation, security, and making your colleagues' lives easier through thoughtful platform design.

Qualification

• 3-7 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

• Proficiency in coding - ability to write scripts and automation (Go, Python, Bash, or similar)

• Proven track record of delivering infrastructure improvements that measurably improved team productivity or system reliability

• Strong communication skills for technical collaboration across teams

  
  

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)

• Expertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)

• Solid understanding of CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)

• Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry)

• Understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform

• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters for deployment and scaling

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions

• Monitor system health, optimize costs, and ensure platform reliability

• Provide technical guidance to product teams and participate in on-call rotation

• Drive automation and process improvements to enhance developer experience
