Junior/Regular Java Full Stack Engineer

 We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Full Stack Java Developer to join our growing Workforce Management organization. Infor Workforce Management is a powerful scheduling solution that focuses on employee scheduling, and time and attendance tracking, serving a Fortune 500 client portfolio.

You would be joining a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional team composed of business analysts, developers, architects, product owners and quality assurance analysts delivering a portfolio of world-class products. What will you do:

• Working as part of a dynamic Agile team to develop and deliver our enterprise scheduling solution.

• Collaborating with designers and UI developers to bring the designs to life.

• Learning functional and technical details of the product.

• Improving software performance, scalability, stability, and usability.

• Technically reviewing and functionally testing the work of other team members.

What will you need:

• Basic Java and Spring Framework development experience.

• English language proficiency (good verbal and written communication skills).

• Experience with Databases and SQL, giving a strong grasp of relational database concepts.

• Experience with web application development: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.   

What will put you ahead:

• Experience with application servers such as Oracle WebLogic, IBM Web Sphere, and Wildfly.

• Experience with Angular19.

• Experience with Kotlin. 

• Experience with tools like Ant, Maven, SonarQube, Jenkins, etc.

• Strong communication skills with a self-starter attitude and attention to detail.

• Ability to quickly grasp concepts, analyze problems and provide innovative solutions.
