Business & Quality Analyst (ERP)

We’re looking for a Business & Quality Analyst who’s passionate about understanding business needs and ensuring software quality. In this role, you’ll combine your analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, working with stakeholders to define requirements and test solutions.

Your focus will be on helping us deliver ERP software that meets the complex needs of discrete manufacturing clients.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Consultants to define and refine business and technical requirements.

• Analyze existing business processes, spot gaps, and suggest improvements.

• Perform system and integration testing to validate new features and ensure they meet user needs.

• Join design reviews to confirm accurate implementation of requirements.

• Support the creation of user documentation and training materials.

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or similar role working with business applications.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally in discrete manufacturing.

• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, testing, and process improvement.

• Knowledge of software development life cycles and modern QA practices.

• Strong communication skills—you can easily bridge technical and non-technical worlds.

• Fluency in English (German is a plus).

Nice to have:

• Experience with ERP testing or supporting ERP users.

• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
