Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled User Access Management (UAM) Specialist to join our team in Gdańsk, Poland. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in access rights administration and policy enforcement, along with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and enforce User Access Management policies ensuring compliance and security best practices.

• Manage authentication and authorization protocols using Active Directory and Domain Controller operations.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer and operational transition post-joining to support teams for seamless business continuity.

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Security Management Technical Documents (SMTD).

• Collaborate with international stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
