Are you passionate about IT security and access control? Do you thrive in environments where organization, compliance, and collaboration are key? If so, we’re looking for a User Access Management (UAM) Specialist to join our dynamic team!

🚀 What You’ll Do:

• Manage and enforce user access policies across systems and platforms

• Administer access rights using Active Directory and Domain Controllers

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Security Management Technical Documents (SMTDs)

• Conduct criticality assessments, categorize access levels, and perform periodic access reviews

• Use PowerShell scripting to automate access management and security workflows

• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Business teams to ensure timely access revocation and audit readiness

• Support post-joining knowledge transfer and ensure seamless operational transitions

• Work closely with audit teams to maintain SOX compliance

🧠 What You Bring:

• Proven experience in User Access Management or Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Strong working knowledge of Active Directory and security protocols

• Fluency in English and French; Portuguese or Spanish is a great advantage

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to document and communicate complex procedures clearly

• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting

• Familiarity with SOX audit requirements and compliance processes

✅ Nice to Have:

• Relevant certifications in IAM, Security, or Compliance

• Experience working in regulated industries (Finance, Healthcare, etc.)
