🌍 Location: Warsaw, Poland- Hybrid (2-3 days onsite/ week)

🔧 What You'll Do

• Architect and develop robust, scalable web applications using the Java/Spring stack

• Lead agile development teams and mentor junior/mid-level engineers

• Design and implement distributed systems and microservices

• Own CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud-based deployments

• Integrate real-time data pipelines using Apache Kafka

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, and QA teams

• Influence system architecture, performance tuning, and code quality standards

• Contribute to global innovations in Buy Now Pay Later, real-time payments, and e-commerce platforms

✅ What We’re Looking For

🧠 Core Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in backend development with Java/Spring

• Proven leadership in agile teams: sprint planning, user story breakdown, mentoring

• Strong DevOps skills: CI/CD, Unix, cloud deployments, Kubernetes, Docker

• Apache Kafka expertise: real-time data processing with Java integrations

• Experience in software architecture and distributed systems

• Skilled in Maven/Gradle, Git branching strategies, and build lifecycle management

• Deep knowledge of databases, consistency models, transactions, and messaging systems
