As a functional stream lead, you will help define transformation roadmaps, lead value realization during the template phase, and ensure successful rollout and adoption of procurement processes tailored to each client's business needs.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Source to Pay professional to lead procurement transformation initiatives within complex S/4HANA projects. You will guide clients through template design, manage cross-functional teams (both onshore and offshore), and ensure the delivery of scalable, efficient procurement solutions. In some projects, you may continue as the design guardian during global rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead template design and delivery for Source to Pay processes within S/4HANA transformations.
• Capture requirements, validate business benefits, and ensure alignment with the client’s expectations.
• Manage a team of consultants, ensuring collaboration across geographies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for procurement-related decisions, supporting go-live and post-go-live phases.
• Act as the guardian of the global template during international rollouts.

Required Experience and Skills

• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA MM and Ariba implementations as a stream lead or solution architect.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes (direct and indirect), guided buying, catalogs, MRP, invoice verification, and supplier collaboration.
• Experience integrating procurement with production models (MTO, MTS, MTE), warehouse operations (SAP EWM), and inbound logistics (SAP TM).
• Proven record of procurement process optimization within transformation programs.
• Familiarity with procurement analytics and reporting (e.g., Spend Analysis).
• Experience with vendor onboarding via MDG and collaborative procurement operations.
• Ability to create functional specifications (e.g., IDOC, Adobe Forms, BRF+, SAPUI5/BTP enhancements).
• Proficient in various delivery methodologies: waterfall, agile, hybrid.
• Previous work with international teams and leadership of offshore consultants.
• Solid industry knowledge in manufacturing or consumer goods.
• Strong client-facing skills, capable of discussing process variants and strategic options.
• Analytical thinker with stakeholder management experience across all levels, including C-level.
• Experience with Signavio is a plus.
