💼 We're Hiring: SAP FICO Architect – Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid)

📍 Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 1–2 days/week in the office preferred)

🕘 Working Hours: European time zone, flexibility required around key milestones like Go-Live

🗣️ Languages: Polish required; additional CEE languages are a plus

🎯 Role: SAP FICO Architect

Join a dynamic team delivering a SAP Global Rollout project, primarily across CEE countries. This is a hands-on opportunity to make an impact in a high-visibility implementation.

✅ Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience, with end-to-end project lifecycles (template design, build, validation, roll-outs, support)
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI: AR, AP, AA, GL, Taxation
• Deep knowledge of SAP ECC Finance module (certification preferred)
• Strong functional and technical SAP knowledge, including customizing, transport management, and project phase expertise
• Proven track record in project coordination and multi-team collaboration

💡 Desired Skills:

• Expertise in FICO module and related SAP financial processes
• Exposure to SAP ECC FSCM (Credit Mgmt, Dispute Mgmt, Collections)
• Hands-on experience in cash application for AR processes
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder engagement skills

🔧 Responsibilities Post-Joining:

• Support the SAP ECC implementation for CEE region
• Ensure delivery across all project phases: scoping, design, localization, testing, Go-Live, and transition to Application Management
• Bring functional leadership in Financial Processes and localization needs
