Role: SAP Convergent Mediation Consultant

What you’ll do:

• Lead the setup and run of the Convergent Mediation system, guiding data from processing to convergent invoicing, FICA, and FIGL.

• Own the four-step lifecycle: data processing → convergent invoicing → FICA → FIGL.

• Manage SAP FICA within the BRIM (CM-CI-FICA) landscape and ensure smooth CI (Convergent Invoicing) integration with FICA.

• Translate business needs into functional specs for WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).

• Train end users and support teams; ship clear, helpful documentation.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in financial services, payment processing, or a related field; strong plus for Convergent Mediation systems.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the EEA and US.

• Familiarity with BRIM, FICA, and FIGL systems.
