SAP Architect

Role :  SAP Finance Architect .

Assignment would start from 21st of April

Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands - hybrid role willing to work 2 days a week from customer office.

Candidates with Immediate availability

Duration: 3 Months with a very good possible chance of Extension

English speaking is fine / Dutch speaking is not required.

We need a finance architect with consulting experience as essential, someone who can carry out discussions with customer and bring in active ideas, someone with strong stakeholder management skills.

Brief Description

Mandatory: Architect needs to have a deep and broad financial SAP S/4 knowledge & expertise and should run workshops independently with customer business to drive their organization redesign.

·                 Customer is doing this exercise to consolidate their multiple ECC SAP instances into 1 or 2 kernels in SAP S/4.

·                 Candidate should bring clarity on the approach and the output of this exercise would be used as the future architecture for customers decision making.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience in SAP S/4 Finance implementations as stream lead or solution architect. This also includes the integration to SD, MM, PP, PM etc. to support product cost controlling, margin analysis and value flows
• Process knowledge about integration into other applications like group controlling and consolidation (e.g. Oracle HFM)
• Experience in definition and implementing of controlling concepts (includes profit and cost center hierarchies)
• Experience design and implementation of SAP Finance including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Fixed Assets
• Consulting and implementation experience with all aspects of cost controlling and management accounting and management reporting
• Consulting experience in Finance strategy and finance operations, capital management, asset management, financial accounting, product cost controlling
• Experience in implementation of Local and Global Tax Reporting (DRC), Inter-company Reconciliation, Accruals Management
• Experience in financial budgeting, planning and forecast operations would be a plus
• Proven track record on process optimizations for the finance & controlling processes in conjunction with a transformation program
• Knowledge about reporting and capabilities of SAP Analytics cloud and Finance Reporting would be a plus
• Good understanding of delivery methodologies (waterfall, hybrid, agile)
• Experience in working with a global team and leading and guiding offshore colleagues
• Good process knowledge and finance operations in manufacturing industry or consumer goods industry
• You are able to discuss with the client different options and process variations and provide guidance
• Knowledge in Signavio would be a plus
• You have good analytical skills, a good ability to summarize different options and to provide guidance
• Proficiency to talk to our clients on different levels (C-Levels, Business Process Owners)
• Stakeholder management in complex environments
• Autonomy, team spirit, the ability to listen and adapt, curiosity and a sense of service are all essential in this position
