🌟 Job Opening: SAP ABAP HR Consultant |Hybrid (Poland) | B2B Contract 🌍

Are you a passionate SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in SAP HCM and HR modules? Join our dynamic team on a contract basis and play a critical role in developing and enhancing enterprise-grade HR solutions for a global organization.

🔧 Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using SAP ABAP Workbench to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.

• Customize SAP HR schemas and rules to match complex business processes and compliance requirements.

• Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to improve code modularity and maintainability.

• Manage Data Dictionaries and develop Reports and Forms for HR data analysis and presentation.

• Support and enhance features in SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration and Payroll Accounting.

• Configure Wage Types to suit diverse payroll structures.

• Work with SQL databases for efficient data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• ABAP Workbench Development

• SAP Customization: Schemas, Rules & Wage Types

• Strong OOP / ABAP / Software Engineering background

• Experience with SAP HCM (Personnel Admin, Payroll Accounting)

• Proficiency in SQL and database integration

• Reports, Forms, and Data Dictionary expertise

⭐ Nice to Have (Bonus Points):

• SAP Fiori experience

• Exposure to NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with Azure Databricks / Azure Data Factory

• Scaled Agile or SAFe methodology

• Working knowledge of GitLab, DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, and TDD

Cracow / Wroclaw (2 days / week)
