We are transforming enterprise operations using smart automation and cutting-edge technologies—and we're looking for a skilled Python Developer who is excited to dive into scalable development, intelligent automation, and cloud-native deployments.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• 🧱 Build Scalable Solutions: Design and develop robust Python-based applications and automation scripts for complex business challenges.

• 🤖 AI-Powered Innovation: Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deliver smart, automated solutions tailored to enterprise needs.

• ☁️ Cloud-First Development: Deploy and manage cloud-native applications (preferably on Azure).

• ⚙️ CI/CD & DevOps: Build and maintain automated pipelines, support deployments, and monitor performance.

• 🛠️ Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Embrace modern design patterns and ensure software excellence.

• 👥 Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders. Participate in agile ceremonies and solution design workshops.

• 📄 Documentation & Communication: Produce well-organized documentation and clearly communicate complex technical ideas.

• 📚 Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of trends in Python, AI, cloud, and automation to bring innovative ideas to the table.

✅ Requirements:

• 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 💻 Strong Python development experience with a focus on clean coding, object-oriented design, and scalability.

• 🌐 Familiarity with frameworks like Flask, Django, FastAPI.

• 📊 Exposure to libraries like NumPy, pandas, etc.

• 🤖 Bonus: Experience with AI/ML tools (TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch).

• ☁️ Solid knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.

• 🔄 Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and Docker.

• 🧠 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• 🧩 Familiarity with design patterns and modern software architecture.

• 🗣️ Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

🌟 Preferred:

• Experience building AI-driven automation in enterprise environments.

• Proven track record deploying to Azure using DevOps pipelines.

• Knowledge of other languages (JavaScript, TypeScript, Java) and RESTful API integrations.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Python).
