Skill Area:

Prompt Engineering Experience : Proven experience (2+ #LLM production projects) designing and deploying prompts in real-world applications.            

Prompt Design Expertise: Excellent understanding of prompts structure, contexts            

Python Proficiency: Proficiency in #Python, including experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering frameworks, and data manipulation tools (e.g. Pandas).        

Advanced LLM Techniques: Experience with at least one fine-tuning or #RAG pipeline implementation.              

Evaluation & Validation: Familiarity with prompt evaluation tools, metrics (e.g., BLEU, ROUGE, semantic similarity), and human-in-the-loop validation. 

Security Awareness: Understanding of LLM-related security concerns, such as prompt injection, output filtering, and API limitations, output structuring              

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex document requirements into actionable prompt logic.   

Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical mindset with attention to both high-level design and low-level output consistency.     

Vector DB & RAG Experience: Experience with vector databases and RAG             

Tool Exposure: Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar     

Document Processing: Prior work with OCR, NLP, or IDP pipelines             

MUST HAVE JD SKILLS as below:

Proven experience (2+ LLM production projects) designing and deploying prompts in real-world applications.

Understanding of LLM-related security concerns, such as prompt injection, output filtering, and API limitations, output struturing

Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex document requirements into actionable prompt logic.

Strong analytical mindset with attention to both high-level design and low-level output consistency.

GOOD TO HAVE JD SKILLS as below

Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation.

Exposure to tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.

Prior work with OCR, NLP, or intelligent document processing (IDP) pipelines.
