Position: Product Manager – AI & Financial ProductsLocation: Krakow, Poland (Mandatory 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Experience: 10+ years in ITRate: ~1400 PLN/day

Job Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with extensive experience in driving cross-functional alignment and delivering innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Financial Products, with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy and execution across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with business goals

• Translate complex requirements into robust, scalable product solutions

• Manage and prioritize a dynamic product backlog to ensure timely delivery of features

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC

• Apply Agile methodologies for iterative development and continuous improvement

• Analyze data and user feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements

• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and updates effectively to all levels of stakeholders

• Drive innovation and identify opportunities for product and process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or AI-driven products

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven experience managing complex projects and product backlogs

• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Copilot, with working knowledge of GitLab and SQL

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI technologies and financial product development

• Certifications in Agile, Product Management, or AI
