Oracle Cloud HCM Lead

Position: Oracle Cloud HCM Lead Location: Netherlands (Poland or Romania also considered) (Remote)Type: PermanentLanguage Requirement: Good German-speaking skills preferred (not mandatory)Budget: As per market standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations (Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor)

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients during discovery, design, and deployment phases

• Drive solution design and ensure regional compliance (especially for German rollouts)

• Manage teams and provide mentorship to functional/technical consultants

• Oversee configuration, testing (UAT), and user training initiatives

• Define data migration and integration strategies

• Collaborate with change management teams for smooth user adoption

• Support project management and business development activities

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience

• Strong expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules

• Successfully led 2–3+ end-to-end HCM Cloud projects

• Experience in European rollouts (especially Germany)

• Understanding of German HR practices and compliance (preferred)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent in English; German speaking skills are a plus

• Willingness to travel within Europe if required
