🔍 The Role

Are you a detail-driven QA engineer with a passion for emerging technologies like blockchain? We're looking for a Mid-level QA Engineer who thrives in both black-box and white-box testing environments and is eager to contribute to high-impact projects in the decentralized tech space.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and execute end-to-end testing strategies for modern, distributed systems

• Perform both black-box and white-box testing to ensure system reliability and performance

• Leverage AI tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage

• Collaborate with developers and architects to review system design and enhance testability

• Write and maintain unit tests using Java, JUnit, Mockito, and related frameworks

• Ensure blockchain components are tested for integrity, security, and functionality

• Clearly document test cases, bugs, and QA workflows for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

💼 What We’re Looking For

✔️ 5+ years of QA/Test Engineering experience

✔️ Currently based in Warsaw, Poland

✔️ Strong knowledge of system design and software architecture fundamentals

✔️ Comfortable with both black-box and white-box testing techniques

✔️ Proficient in Java; able to write test cases using JUnit/Mockito

✔️ Good understanding of blockchain technologies (e.g., consensus, smart contracts, transaction flow)

✔️ Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
