Microstrategy Developer

We are looking for an Agile Product Owner that will serve as a one point of contact in the Insurance area in our Svings area within Swedbank. You will be responsible for the end to end production/processes in the Insurance area and a well structured approach and full ownership of your End-to-End processes from an IT perspective, including coordination There will be a lot of responsibilities and things to cater for i.e

· Play a pivotal role in governing and directing the bank's end-to-end solutions, ensuring they effectively address both internal and external business needs.

· Work alongside Business Process Owners, steering the direction of 'how' and 'when' new or evolving requirements are brought to production.

· Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all changes related to Swedbank’s outsourcing partner FNZ, Swedbank integrated teams within your E2E solution area. Ensure that every change is promptly and accurately implemented, in accordance with the bank’s governance processes.

· Manage continuous improvements within the solution's entirety, from regular maintenance and issue resolution to overall enhancement and support.

· Continuously adapt and evolve to the ever-changing landscape of the industry, ensuring that our solutions remain at the forefront of efficiency and effectiveness.

·  Make a real impact by having a direct and tangible influence on the bank's direction, ensuring our IT solutions within your responsibility are robust, efficient, and in line with the highest standards of excellence

We are looking for people with the following competences:

· A well-structured approach and full ownership of your End-to-End processes from an IT perspective, including coordination with process owners and business – ensuring the E2E processes support the customer journeys.

· Business knowledge in the Savings area, particularly in Life Insurance and pension, is an advantage.

· Experience with integration towards the Lumera system is a significant advantage.
