Job Description

• 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development (Sales/Services).• 1+ years building solutions with Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents.• Proven experience developing custom AI agents (e.g., using Azure Bot Framework, Copilot extensions).

Roles and Responsibilities post joining

• Hands-on development with Dynamics 365 SDK, Plugins, Custom Workflows, Web Resources, and Dataverse.• Designing and implementing solutions in Copilot Studio: Topic design, Entities, Variables, Adaptive Cards, and Bot Framework integration.• Building and enhancing Custom AI Agents leveraging Azure Bot Service, LUIS, QnA Maker, and Azure OpenAI integration.• Working with the Power Platform ecosystem including Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrations via C#, JavaScript, .NET, and REST APIs.

Qualification and Years of Experience Needed

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.• Proven knowledge of ethical AI practices in AI models.• Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: PL-400 (Power Platform Developer)

• Microsoft Certified: MB-335 (Dynamics 365 Sales & Services Developer)

• AI Certification: AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer)• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Sales Insights, or Customer Service Insights.• Familiarity with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Dataverse AI features.

Mandatory Skills
