Are you passionate about solving complex problems at the intersection of machine learning, OCR, and generative AI? We’re looking for a skilled Machine Learning Developer to join a forward-thinking team working on cutting-edge document processing solutions.

This hybrid role (partially onsite in Kraków) is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building production-ready AI systems, and wants to work closely with product and business stakeholders.

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Build and deploy production-grade ML models for intelligent document processing and content classification.

• Collaborate with business teams to shape ML solutions that directly solve real-world challenges.

• Design and develop Python-based components for NLP, OCR, and image processing.

• Participate in the full ML lifecycle: from data preprocessing and model training to deployment, testing, and production support.

• Work cross-functionally with product managers and technical leads to continuously enhance existing products.

✅ What You Bring

• Proven experience in Document AI / Intelligent Document Processing, including use of open-source and generative AI models.

• Strong Python development skills with a focus on ML, deep learning, NLP, OCR, and image analysis.

• Experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, SpaCy, OpenCV, and Regex.

• Solid understanding of deploying secure, resilient code into production environments.

💡 Nice to Have

• Experience with PostgreSQL for data handling.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure – especially Azure VMs, AKS, Azure DevOps, or Azure CLI.

• Experience working in agile teams with high-cadence releases to production.
