This is more than just a support role—you’ll design, develop, and enhance production tools, lead post-release validations, and collaborate with top engineering teams to maintain 24/7 uptime for our services.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Own the stability of highly scalable, mission-critical systems

• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve release issues

• Automate production support tasks to boost efficiency

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA timelines

• Build and refine monitoring tools (Splunk, Grafana, etc.)

• Participate in an on-call rotation

✅ Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SDLC, and microservices

• Production-level debugging, root-cause analysis, and system reliability experience

• Solid communication skills in English (verbal & written)

🌟 Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Disaster Recovery and 24/7 environments

• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk, Keynote, or Grafana

• Agile team experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Master’s is a plus)
