Fullstack Developer( Python or Java with JavaScript)

This role will also require you to architect, design, and implement cloud-based applications and system solutions for innovative learning programs that support and develop the company’s talent.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of a range of learning experiences for clients, including eLearning and blended learning solutions, online learning solutions including websites, and social, peer, distributed and other innovative learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts in a variety of fields to help translate their knowledge into an effective learning experience for others.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to set and manage expectations, create project plans, and regularly communicate project updates and status.
• Design and implement clean web services (CSS, HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, Visualization APIs, etc.) utilizing cloud platform technologies including App Engine or equivalent.

Minimum qualifications

• 3–4 years’ experience designing and developing learning solutions for a variety of formats and audiences (e.g. instructor-led training, eLearning, microlearning).
• BA/BS degree in Learning Design, Education, Computer Science or other related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Python, Java, JavaScript and other modern programming languages.
• Ability to design and implement clean web services (CSS, HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, Visualization APIs, etc.).

Preferred qualifications

• Strong consulting and relationship management skills, and a track record of delivery and impact.
• Knowledge of learning format options and tradeoffs.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly.
• Ability to deliver in a climate of ambiguity and with changing tools and technical limitations.
