We urgently Looking a German + English-speaking candidate with Opera PMS experience (Cloud & On-Prem) or at least 4-5 years of hotel industry experience.
The ideal candidate should have worked in back-end teams or in reception/front desk roles and have a solid understanding of room bookings, room rates, and related operations.
Key Requirements:
Rate: €17–18/hour
Experience: Mid-level with Opera PMS experience preferred. If not, at least 4-5 years of experience in the hotel industry.
Skills: Must have experience with:
Front-line support for Opera PMS and handling PMS incidents (Cloud & On-Prem)
Ticket management, responding to alerts and resolving issues (system/application faults)
Monitoring concepts (Infrastructure, systems, application health, performance, etc.)
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS)
Education: Preferably a degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
Languages: Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Other: Strong administrative skills, coaching and development abilities, and problem-solving experience in hotel systems.
