Are you an experienced IT support professional with a strong understanding of Pharma IT environments? We're seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide hands-on, L1-level support for our dynamic manufacturing and enterprise environment in Warsaw. This role is critical to ensuring operational continuity in a regulated pharmaceutical setting.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on support for laptops, desktops, printers, and video conferencing (VC) equipment
Offer L1 support for plant-based devices including biometrics, servers, networks, HMI, and other manufacturing systems
Assist with password resets and other basic issues for non-network-based applications
Perform device management across end-user systems, servers, networks, and specialized in-plant equipment
Handle asset management and monthly backup activities for non-network devices
Ensure SOP/process compliance, validation/qualification, and QMS event management
Participate in regular status reviews, reports, and project-related administrative tasks
🧪 Must-Have Qualifications
Prior experience in a Pharma IT environment is mandatory
Working in a pharmaceutical company is a strong advantage
Understanding of regulated environments and related compliance protocols

Commvault Backup Server (with NAS and AWS S3 integration)
Chromeleon Application & Database
Serialization Systems (Production & Quality)
Fortinet Firewall (100E)
Routers – Dual ILL (ISP)
L3 & L2 Switches – 2 L3 & 10 L2 units
Wireless Access Points – 24 Aruba APs with 2 controllers
