5-8 Years of Business or System Analyst experience.
Business Analyst on Salesforce to help in refining Epics and User stories with business for which the development team AET (Agent Experience Team) is working on.
Need a knowledgeable person with Call Center [CO].
Good Experience or knowledge with Salesforce Service Cloud.
Dutch Speaking is mandatory for this role.
