We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly within the Customer Service module. This is a hands-on role in which you will work closely with stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to deliver high-quality CRM solutions that align with business objectives.
- 📊 Full Lifecycle Involvement:
- Participate in all stages of solution implementation — from gathering and analyzing requirements to configuration, customization, and testing of the D365 CRM application.
- 🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Engage with stakeholders across departments to gather and validate requirements, understand current business processes, and identify areas for optimization.
- 🧠 Platform Expertise:
- Provide in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, with emphasis on the Customer Service module, ensuring alignment with out-of-the-box capabilities and best practices.
- ⚙️ Configuration & Customization:
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements, ensuring flexibility, scalability, and maintainability.
- 🧪 Testing & Training:
- Conduct acceptance testing and facilitate training sessions for end users to ensure successful adoption and long-term solution sustainability.
- 📄 Documentation:
- Create clear and detailed business requirement documents that articulate what the solution must achieve, including functional specifications and expected outcomes.
- 🧰 Microsoft Technology Stack:
- Leverage tools such as VSTS, Power Platform, and PowerApps to manage the application lifecycle and extend solution capabilities.
- 🚀 Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to internal delivery practices by suggesting and implementing enhancements that improve project quality, speed, and collaboration.
