🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain systems in mission-critical, high-availability environments.

• Build and support blockchain integrations—particularly with EVM-compatible networks.

• Work closely with custody teams to develop and optimize workflows for trade clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and corporate actions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data quality, integration, and system interoperability.

• Contribute to blockchain interoperability and self-custody solutions.

• Leverage JIRA, Confluence, and other tools to manage development workflows effectively.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience in mission-critical IT environments.

• Proven experience with blockchain platforms (EVM-compatible a must).

• Solid understanding of custody/self-custody and related financial workflows.

• Familiarity with cryptographic primitives (a plus).

• Deep expertise in data integration, system integration, and ensuring data quality.

• Hands-on experience with collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a “get-things-done” mindset.
