About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in AWS Cloud Native integrations, APIs, and DevOps practices to drive architectural excellence across our next-generation insurance solutions. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape and deliver scalable, secure, and compliant cloud-based architectures, connecting conversational bots (chat/voice) with critical insurance services such as claims, underwriting, and policy servicing.

You will work in a collaborative environment, engaging with cross-functional teams to define solutions that not only meet business needs but also align with regulatory standards such as DORA and VAIT.

✅ What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver integration architectures connecting bots with core insurance services

• Lead technical definitions, architecture documentation, and security frameworks aligned with internal guidelines

• Build robust integration layers using APIs, message buses, and serverless technologies across on-premise and AWS environments

• Ensure all solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and industry standards, with special focus on DORA and VAIT

• Collaborate with telephony and contact center teams on hybrid voice/chat solutions, call routing, and voice flows

• Document architecture decisions, risks, technical debt, and requirements comprehensively

• Use ArchiMate to model architectural solutions and maintain clear documentation

• Partner with product, engineering, operations, and vendor teams to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives

✔ Knowledge of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) and VAIT frameworks✔ Familiarity with telephony integrations and contact center ecosystems✔ Experience with hybrid cloud architectures and serverless technologies✔ Strong documentation and modeling using ArchiMate
