Automation Engineer

Position: Automation Engineer

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Kraków ( 4-6 times per month visit office)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer with solid experience in software development processes and a strong hands-on background in DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in agile environments, capable of troubleshooting infrastructure issues independently, and collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Ansible
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible
• Support cloud deployments and manage services on AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Develop and maintain scripts in Shell, Groovy, and Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional, virtual teams using JIRA and Confluence
• Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure-related issues independently
• Ensure smooth delivery processes aligned with DevOps and Agile best practices
• Maintain documentation and improve automation processes continuously

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of IT experience with a focus on automation and DevOps
• Strong experience with Ansible, Jenkins, Git, Terraform, and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Shell, Groovy, Python
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, and/or Azure
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps culture and toolchains (JIRA, Confluence)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
