🚀 Mobile DevOps Engineer – Android Focus (Hybrid/ Remote, Kraków)
We’re looking for a Mobile DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing mobile team. You’ll play a key role in building internal tooling, supporting CI pipelines, and automating manual workflows to increase delivery efficiency. This is a hybrid role – you’ll be required to work on-site in Kraków at least 4 days per month.
🛠️ Responsibilities
- Maintain and extend our internal Mobile CI pipeline (Jenkins + Vagrant).
- Triage and resolve Mobile CI pipeline failures (especially in Americas timezone).
- Build & improve custom internal tooling (Python).
- Contribute to automation of app release processes.
- Define dashboards and alerts for production service monitoring.
- Participate in incident response and production support.
- Ensure mobile services meet internal controls and compliance.
- Support mobile app development teams across disciplines.
- Contribute to the evolution of CI/CD infrastructure.
- Engage with procurement and external tools integration.
🧠 What You Bring
- Strong Android ecosystem experience, with hands-on Kotlin knowledge (must-have).
- Proficiency in Java and Kotlin; understanding of Gradle, NDK, screen handling, location APIs, permissions, etc.
- Experience building and shipping Android apps in production.
- Working knowledge of Python, Bash, and Java for scripting and tooling.
- Experience with CI/CD (especially Jenkins, Vagrant).
- Familiarity with AWS (basic services, DevOps use cases).
- Exposure to monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, or Prometheus.
- Good grasp of API security, performance testing, and incident handling.
- Comfortable writing clean, scalable documentation and cross-team collaboration.
