We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join an exciting AI-driven project in our Krakow office. This is your chance to work on cutting-edge AI solutions in a global banking environment, leveraging advanced cloud-based AI architectures at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize AI applications using cloud-based AI models.

• Integrate, deploy, and scale AI solutions in Azure environments.

• Apply RAG, Agentic RAG, MCP, Functional Calling, and A2A patterns for advanced AI architectures.

• Work with vector databases, embeddings, chunking strategies, and real-time data.

• Perform prompt engineering, context engineering, and model evaluation to improve accuracy.

• Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-impact AI-driven solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience.

• Strong Python skills and Java proficiency.

• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks: Spring AI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Agno, Pydantic, TensorFlow.

• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAI & Azure AI Search.

• Strong knowledge of AI application design, deployment, and optimization.
