We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our innovative team in Kraków. You’ll be at the forefront of developing intelligent solutions for content search, extraction, and automation using structured and unstructured data formats.

This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility to work both remotely and from our Kraków office, under a B2B contract.

🌟 What You'll Be Working On:

• Design and develop AI-driven content search & extraction systems using Generative AI models.

• Process structured and unstructured documents (PDFs, images, text files) with optimized pipelines.

• Apply computer vision techniques like object detection and image classification.

• Integrate and customize OCR tools (e.g., Tesseract, EasyOCR) for document understanding.

• Build and deploy autonomous AI agents for intelligent decision-making.

• Use frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch for model development.

• Collaborate with MLOps teams to ensure scalable and maintainable ML deployments.

• Optionally contribute to web-based AI tools and applications.

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into technical solutions.

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Generative AI applications (content search, extraction, etc.)

• Strong background in computer vision, object detection, and image processing

• Solid understanding of structured & unstructured data processing

• Familiarity with AI agents/autonomous systems

• Hands-on experience with OCR tools (Tesseract, EasyOCR)

• Proficiency in ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, CI/CD)
