💼 About the Role Lead operations for enterprise applications, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement. Coordinate with vendors, manage incidents, and guide technical teams in delivering outstanding service.

🛠 Required Skills

• Languages: French (B2+ – mandatory), German (advantage)

• Tech Stack: C#, ASP.NET, SQL, JS, TS (AngularJS), HTML, CSS, LINQ, Entity Framework

• Operate/Support experience in software maintenance & troubleshooting

• Strong vendor & stakeholder communication skills

• ITIL knowledge and process implementation

• Deliver Incident, Service Request, Change & Problem Management services

• Guide and allocate tasks to the Operate Team

• Vendor coordination & SLA/KPI management

• Service improvement & process optimization

• Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity planning

• Weekly & monthly service review reporting

• Risk management & escalation handling
