🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a high-performance team of senior developers, empowering them to build quickly without compromising quality.

• Spend the majority of your time coding innovative features while also structuring team processes for maximum productivity and impact.

• Bring AI into every aspect of engineering, from coding assistance and code reviews to proactive metric monitoring.

• Drive best practices, including clean coding standards, automated testing (TDD), and robust CI/CD pipelines.

• Maintain the stability, scalability, and high-performance standards of Inflektion’s platform.

🎓 Your Experience

• Proven leadership in agile software teams, ideally with experience leading senior developers.

• Strong proficiency in PHP Laravel, MySQL or PostgreSQL, and front-end frameworks (preferably Angular).

• Previous experience in building AI-integrated systems, ideally RAG architectures and vector databases.

• Skilled in leveraging AI for coding, reviews, and monitoring.

• Experienced in maintaining rapid feature delivery without compromising stability.
