Operations Specialis

We are looking for an Operations Specialist! 🔧🚀

In this role, you’ll take care of the daily operations of our applications, making sure everything runs smoothly, securely, and in line with our clients’ needs. What you will do

• Take ownership of the application's operations framework, making sure it evolves together with our clients’ expectations.

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of Azure Data Factory and Snowflake environments — from incidents and service requests to change and release management.

• Be the main point of contact for our customers, keeping them informed and ensuring their needs are addressed.

• Track and report key operational metrics, providing clear visibility into system performance.

• Guarantee that all security and compliance standards are met.

• Gather feedback from users and translate it into practical improvements that make our operations better every day.

What we expect from you

• Strong English communication skills (C1 level or higher) — you’ll be working in an international environment.

• A degree in a technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).

• Solid background (around 3 years) in data warehouse operations, especially with Azure Data Factory and Snowflake.

• Confidence in working with SQL and IT service management practices (ITIL 4 knowledge is a plus).

• Familiarity with patch management and infrastructure operations.

• Any experience with Power BI or Agile/DevOps methodologies will be an advantage.

• Open-mindedness and the ability to collaborate across different cultures and teams.
