We've established an extremely ambitious challenge - to create a platform that will help millions of people worldwide in diagnosing and treating primary care diseases. 

Our Infrastructure team is looking for an experienced and results-oriented IT Administrator to manage our company's computer infrastructure, maintain information networks, oversee new hardware and software, and perform troubleshooting. 

Requirements
  • Professional experience in IT Administration or similar role
  • Experience supporting macOS, Windows 10 (we have also Linux users onboard)
  • Understanding of TCP/IP networking with practical experience
  • Ability to work with policies and processes of an IT department by following security and IT service management procedures
  • Experience with Desktop/Endpoints management solutions (MDM)
  • Experience with Enterprise security solutions (Antivirus, Endpoint security)
  • Good troubleshooting skills and ability to efficiently investigate the nature of a problem
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (knowledge of English and Polish is required)

It would be even better if you have:
  • Worked in CI/CD (Jenkins, Github/Bitbucket Pipelines or similar) environment
  • Knowledge of Cloud providers (GCP in particular)
  • Basic Docker, Kubernetes knowledge

Responsibilities
  • Configuration and maintenance of office network infrastructure
  • Maintenance and diagnostics of hardware and software in the office
  • Assisting in setting up new users, systems, and software
  • Configuring and securing staff equipment
  • Providing technical support for company employees
  • Managing the entire purchase of inventory related to hardware and other IT supplies
  • Administration of tools (e.g Google Workspace, Slack, JIRA, Microsoft Office 365, Bitbucket, etc.)
  • Support with software approval (vendor assessment)
  • Support in enforcing security policies
  • Creating and maintaining documentation of IT systems and services
