Job Title: Technical Writer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our company's products and services. The successful candidate will have excellent writing skills and be able to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and other product-related documentation
• Work closely with software developer and product managers to understand technical concepts and translate them into easily understandable documentation
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of documentation across all product lines
• Review and edit existing documentation for accuracy and clarity
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

Requirements:

• Degree in Technical Writing, English, Journalism, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with technical writing tools
• Knowledge of HTML, XML, and other markup languages is a plus
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment is preferred
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence software tools for project management and collaboration.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to a non-technical audience
