We are currently working with a French company that is a world leader in end-to-end smart mobility and mobility management, including innovative parking solutions, EV charging, mobility management, and more. One of the key elements of these platforms is the modern payment solution, which enables seamless payments within the parking and transport ecosystem.
As a Release Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful release/ deployment of new features and updates for our Software as a Service (SaaS) platform and extending existing capabilities to new customers. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the deployment process, ensuring that all updates are delivered smoothly and efficiently to our customers.

Deployment Playbook: Create and update a guide for configuring, testing, and validating platform setups for customers.

Training & Documentation: Design tailored training programs and documentation for stakeholders, internal teams, and customers, ensuring effective use of the platform.

Deployment Plans: Develop customized deployment plans to meet specific customer needs and optimize platform use.

Customer Onboarding: Work with sales and customer success teams to streamline onboarding and maximize platform adoption.

Release Plans: Coordinate with product and development teams to draft and execute detailed release plans.

Testing & QA: Lead end-to-end testing to ensure error-free deployments.

Communication Management: Create and implement strategies to inform stakeholders and customers about releases and updates.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from teams and customers to improve deployment processes and features.

Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and refine processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least five years' experience working in an IT Service Management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management software including ITIL, SRE, and DevOps.
- Experience working with IT systems and software such as JIRA, Confluence, and k8s.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with tech teams and service providers effectively. This includes strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze a high volume of technical data and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time-management skills
- Quickly learn new skills and technologies.
- Work effectively with people across multiple organisational, functional, geographic and cultural boundaries, and a wide spectrum of technical and professional skills.
