Everyday life as a Software Engineer:

Go development

• Design and implement backend services and APIs in Go

• Build CLI tooling with Cobra to improve developer workflows

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of services

DevOps and platform contribution

• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation

• Contribute to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)

• Use Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible) to manage environments

• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic)

Collaboration & Mentoring

• Mentor junior Go developers, supporting their growth

• Work closely with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable solutions

• Contribute to adoption of modern developer platforms such as Backstage

• Stay curious about new tools and practices, sharing insights with the team

What you bring:

• Proven experience with Go (API design, concurrency, CLI tools)

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tooling: CI/CD, Kubernetes, containers, AWS

• Exposure with monitoring/observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)

• Familiarity with Cobra or similar CLI frameworks

• Strong communication skills and experience in mentoring junior engineers

• Exposure to Backstage or other developer portals is a strong plus

• Remuneration: 19 000 - 22 000 PLN gross/ month on the Employment Agreement (UoP) or B2B: 1.100- 1.350 PLN net/MD
