AI Engineer – Embedding & Model Training (GCP)We are looking for an experienced AI/ML engineer to join our team and drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on Dialogflow CX (DF CX), Contact Center AI (CCAI), and Generative AI technologies. The successful candidate will work on designing, building, and deploying intelligent conversational agents, advanced generative models, and AI-powered customer engagement tools using Google Cloud Platform.
Responsibilities:
Develop, optimize, and deploy AI/ML models focused on Dialogflow CX (DF CX) and Contact Center AI (CCAI) platforms to enhance customer experience.
Design and implement generative AI solutions, including large language models (LLMs) and diffusion models, for diverse business applications.
Utilize Google Cloud Platform services, especially Vertex AI (Workbench, Training, Prediction, Pipelines, Feature Store), to manage AI/ML workflows and production pipelines.
Build and optimize data pipelines for AI/ML workloads on GCP (including BigQuery and Dataflow).
Apply MLOps best practices for continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, and management of ML models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years dedicated to Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models).
Strong proficiency with Google Cloud Platform and AI/ML services, particularly Vertex AI.
Proficient in Python and experienced with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, and Hugging Face Transformers.
Experience with data engineering and building robust data pipelines on GCP.
Solid understanding of deep learning, neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning algorithms.
Practical knowledge and hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX (DF CX), Contact Center AI (CCAI), and Generative AI technologies.
Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for creating innovative AI solutions.
English or Spanish proficiency at C1 level (both written and spoken) is a must have.
