Attribution & Marketing Measurement
- Develop and refine multi-touch attribution (MTA) models
- Implement, validate, and improve data-driven attribution
- Lead and maintain Marketing Mix Models (MMM)
- Design incrementality tests
Reporting & Dashboarding
- Build and maintain automated dashboards
- Enable real-time performance monitoring
- Present impactful insights and reports to marketing leaders
ROAS & Budget Analysis
- Conduct deep-dive ROI analysis across a variety of marketing channels: Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, PPC, SEO, Influencers, and Offline media
- Provide strategic recommendations on budget allocation
Campaign Analytics & Insights
- Analyse the full marketing funnel and user segments
- Quantify the impact of creative, messaging, and placements on engagement and conversion
- Deliver post-campaign analysis with actionable recommendations
Martech & Data Infrastructure
- Work closely with marketing operations to ensure accurate tagging, tracking, and data flow across platforms like Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, MMPs, and CDPs.
- Partner with data engineering to enhance the data model
- Support the integration of new marketing tools
Who and what are we after?
- 3–5+ years of experience in a data/analytics role within eCommerce, performance marketing, or iGaming.
- A strong command of marketing attribution methodologies.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Google Ads, Meta, AppsFlyer, SEMrush, GA4, etc.
- Familiarity with offline marketing measurement and geo-based lift modeling.
- Solid understanding of frameworks like ROAS, CAC, CLTV, and payback period.
- Background in statistical modeling and experimentation (e.g., uplift modeling, Bayesian A/B testing).
- Familiarity with affiliate analytics and tracking platforms.
