Currently we are looking for BI Solution Architect / Project Lead.
We need someone with unique mix of skills, namely deep and extensive knowledge of state-of-the-art Business Intelligence solutions (from business and technical perspective) and ability to implement and lead BI initiatives from start to end.
Your mission will be to help our client to build strong BI function (Business Intelligence and Masterdata team) within Global Analytics unit.
There is vast portfolio of interesting and challenging projects to be kicked off (e.g. commercial performance reporting, digital transformation, some procurement projects, planning cost saving projects, etc.) and you could be one of the main driving forces of the ones.
Please note that it is, first and foremost, a technical role. However we won’t expect you will be hands-on as simultaneously we’re building a team with strong technical competence. What we expect from you is your expertise in planning and building complex BI systems able to support business effectively, together with technological project management skills.

If you join us, your responsibilities will include:

- planning, implementing and leading Business Intelligence initiatives from start to end
- business partnering and requirements analysis
- stakeholder management, working with business and IT teams
- translating requirements into BI solution architecture, functional and technical design
- driving and coordinating development of BI solutions (source data identification and ingestion, data preparation and modelling / data warehousing, reporting visualisations)
We expect:
- great communication and interpersonal skills (you will need it to cooperate smoothly with your tech and business colleagues)
- at least 6 years overall experience in developing various BI solutions
- full independence in technical judgement regarding BI architecture and BI tools
- fluent English as you will communicate in English almost all the time
In addition, we will be pleased if you have:
- previous experience in BI developer / BI analyst role
- experience in working across different global cultures
