Currently we are looking for Analytics Academy Lead / Training Expert.

Then the Analytics Academy Lead role might just be the perfect fit for you. You will be part of the Global Analytics team and work alongside Analytics Translators, Data Scientists, Data Engineers and BI experts. You will build out the current analytical training programs into a comprehensive Analytics Academy that caters to the needs of business and technical experts. Thus you will contribute in transforming whole company into a data driven company and the best connected player in the market.

If you join us, your responsibilities will include:

- building a comprehensive portfolio of training programs in the analytics domain, catering to the needs of both business users and technical experts, with a mix of online and offline educational programs
- analysing the training needs of the different target groups in company
- planning, staffing, overseeing and coordinating all editions of the analytics training programs
- providing part of the trainings yourself and do “train the trainer” to make sure every trainer succeeds
- introducing and developing training content and training methodologies
- Change Management: help company to become a truly data-driven business, drive change by showing the business value of analytics products, and make sure the analytics products are end user centric
- Stakeholder Management.: “sell” the training program at management level, liaise with the team responsible for online upskilling platform, and coordinate with leads from the different functional academies (Supply Chian, Commerce, etc.) to achieve maximum impact
We expect:
- 3-5+ years experience as a trainer (online and offline) preferably in the analytics or other technical domain
- excellent track record in delivering trainings that impact behaviour change
- excellent change management and communication skills
- experience working with people from different nationalities and cultures
- solid program management skills and experience in setting up a comprehensive technical education program
- BSc+ in a quantitative related field or comparable work experience
- ability to work well with both technical and management teams
- fluent English as you will communicate in English almost all the time
